Talent Cup, played according to the Swiss round-robin formula, is also open to non-licensed players.

This competition consists of a random first match against an opponent. The second match is against an opponent who had the same result as you in the first match (won or lost). In the third match, players with the same number of wins play each other (those with 2 wins play each other, those with one win play each other and those with zero wins play each other). And all subsequent rounds follow the same pattern.

All players are guaranteed the same number of matches at the end of the competition. The further the competition progresses, the more balanced the matches will be, as players play against those with the same results.

Matches will be played on time or points, depending on the number of entries. The players will play one match after the other, with few breaks, as the system will be set up so that one group plays while the other is on break, and vice versa.

The girls will be able to play against the boys, and depending on the number of registrations, we’ll create level groups according to ranking. Players will also be able to play against younger or older players, as we’ll be grouping players into several age categories.

When registering, please specify the level for all players:

A: Beginner

B: Low intermediate

C: High intermediate

D: Advanced
