The Fédération Luxembourgeoise de Badminton (FELUBA) is committed to promoting and upholding integrity in all aspects of badminton. Integrity in sport encompasses the values of fairness, respect, safety, transparency, and ethical conduct, ensuring that everyone can participate in an environment built on trust and mutual respect.
Following the establishment of the Luxembourg Agency for Integrity in Sport (ALIS) in 2026, FELUBA is working in collaboration with ALIS to strengthen integrity measures within the federation. This includes the development of a safeguarding framework, reporting procedures, prevention and awareness initiatives, and the appointment of designated Safeguarding Officer(s).
As the national authority responsible for integrity in sport in Luxembourg, ALIS supports the sporting community in the areas of safeguarding, anti-doping, and the prevention of competition manipulation. Until FELUBA’s safeguarding framework is fully implemented, ALIS serves as the federation’s official contact point for safeguarding matters.
FELUBA encourages all members of the badminton community to contribute to a culture of integrity, respect, and wellbeing, helping to ensure that badminton remains a safe, fair, and positive sport for everyone.
