• Boys’ & Girls’ Singles (group stage: 3–4 players per group, followed by a knockout phase)

Eligible Players:

• Players are allowed to enter for both Youngsters (U15) and BEC U17.
• If a player is accepted in any U17 draw (BS/GS, BD/GD, XD), his/her Youngsters entry will be deleted.
• If a player is put on the U17 waiting list, he/she will be contacted and asked if he/she wishes to stay on the waiting list (and his/her Youngsters entry will be deleted) or give up the waiting list spot and opt for the Youngsters event.

As Luxembourg will host its second edition of U17 BEC Circuit Tournament (23-25 October), the Youngsters International will be limited to the following age categories:

• U11: born in 2016 or later
• U13: born in 2014 or later
• U15: born in 2012 or later

Programme:

• 13:30: Coaches’ Meeting
• From 14:00 to 20:00 : Group phase singles & doubles (rounds)

• From 09:00 to 20:00 : Group phase – KO, Rounds  singles & doubles

• From 09:00 to 13:00 : semi-finals and finals of singles & doubles

Prizes:

Non-cash prizes will be awarded to winners and runners-up in all age categories.

Registration Fees:

• 12 € per player (1 event)
• 18 € per player (2 events)

• Two weeks before the tournament, an invoice will be sent concerning all tournament fees.
  All fees must also be paid before Tuesday 13th October 2026, for any players listed in main draw and not withdrawn before the deadline. Thanks in advance for understanding.
  Withdrawals after the draw must still be paid.Note: Please indicate clearly for which player(s) payment is being made.

How to Enter:

All entries must be submitted using the official Luxembourg Youngsters Club Entry Form:

Please submit one form per club. If your club has more players than available sections, simply submit an additional form.
Entries by e-mail or Excel will not be accepted. No late entries will be accepted.

Regulations:

• Referee: Robert SMIT
• Scoring System: According to BWF rules (best of 3 games to 15 points)
• Official Shuttle: Yonex AS 30 (available for purchase at the venue)
